Vividh Kumar Baru

A technology business leader with a proven track record of delivering transformation and innovation, Vividh leads our global Digital team of over 1200 employees in Design, Product Management, Engineering, Cloud, Data, Analytics, AI, and Web3. At Kellton, he is focused on helping our customers in their Digital journeys to enable an agile business with improved top-line and bottom-line performance.

A people-centric leader, he is responsible for Kellton’s Digital P&L, Strategy, Solutions, Partnerships, and GTM support. Over the last 20 years, he has partnered with large and mid-size businesses in Hi-Tech/SaaS, Communications, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and BFSI industries to drive innovation and transformation.

Before joining Kellton, Vividh was part of the leadership team at Harman’s Digital Transformation Solutions Division, where he played a pivotal role in building new markets, practices, and revenue streams in Product Development, Cloud, Data, Analytics, AR/VR, and IoT. Before Harman, he worked with leading organizations like Tech Mahindra, FLEX, and Reliance.

Vividh is an electronics engineer with an MBA from Symbiosis (SIDTM), Pune, India, and has attended Executive Leadership program at Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. He lives in Sunnyvale, California, with his wife, two sons, and parents. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, playing golf, and training to be a hobby pilot.
