Mr. Niranjan Chintam Delivers Guest Lecture on ‘Mergers and Acquisition in a Global Scenario’ at IIT Roorkee

Mr. Niranjan Chintam, Chairman & Co-founder Kellton Tech addressed the intellectual management students of IIT Roorkee on 12th September, 2015. He discussed the challenges faced by the corporate world today and measures to deal with them. He enlightened the audience with his deep understanding of technical and financial aspects of the business world; with ‘Mergers and Acquisition in a Global Scenario’ being the topic of discussion for the day. He initiated with the current global scenario and the discussion grew with How ‘Make in India’ concept introduced by the Indian Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi has succeeded in excusing the age-old tradition of paper work. The audience exalted an awe when the visionary shared that it took 28 steps to merge two companies in India where the same process gets completed in as less as 4 steps in the U.S.
Mr. Chintam then shared his experiences and challenges during his tenure in Kellton Tech; and an insight on the dangling nature and future of e-commerce studies. He received deep gratitude by the students for delivering a talk that helped them experience the corporate challenges at ground level.
