Memory Foam Manufacturer Selects Bokanyi Consulting, a Kellton Tech Company to Run its SAP ERP Implementation

Bokanyi Consulting, a Kellton Tech Company is pleased to announce that the second largest memory foam mattress, pillow, and topper producer in the United States has awarded us the contract for its SAP software implementation services and post go-live support. The implementation started late last year, and our new customer is implementing several modules of SAP ERP to manage their existing US distribution business and their brand new, soon-to-be-completed U.S. manufacturing facility. The company is headquartered in Texas and is building their new, state-of-the-art factory and warehouse, in Tennessee.
Currently, all manufacturing of their memory foam products is being done in China. The products are then shipped to one of three distribution centers in the US, for sales to well-known department stores and warehouse clubs. Because of the high growth of product sales in the US, and capacity being reached in their China factories, the company made the strategic decision to move the manufacturing of all products for sale in North America to their manufacturing plant in Tennessee. This will result in increased employment opportunities for both their Texas operation and their new Tennessee facility.
Bokanyi Consulting, a Kellton tech Company will be implementing SAP modules to address Finance, Sales, Production, Warehouse Management, and Quality Control, as well as interfacing to the various systems in the factory. We are also providing system hosting and application management support. Go-Live is expected in the April/May timeframe.
